Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in an EHS-related field or a bachelor’s in an EHS-related background or 6 months safety experience within Amazon.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Experience maintaining confidentiality in matters involving security or personal issues in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive safety programs and daily safety audits.
• Investigate incidents, conduct risk assessments, and implement preventive measures.
• Deliver engaging safety training and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to drive safety improvements and employee well-being.
