Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist (WHSS) to lead safety programs, audits, and training across their facilities. You will partner with leadership to reduce risk, protect associates, and elevate safety culture while maintaining operational efficiency.

The role requires at least 1 year in EHS, knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910, and strong communication skills. Flexible shifts including nights and weekends may be required; First Aid/CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year in an environmental Health & Safety field OR Bachelor’s in EHS-related background OR 6 months at Amazon in a safety role.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in workplace matters.
