Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Real Estate to lead complex corporate real estate initiatives aligned with workplace strategy and business transformation. You’ll own end-to-end delivery, align cross-functional stakeholders, manage budgets and vendors, and guide a Project Coordinator to ensure timely project execution.

The role requires 7+ years of project management experience and strong financial acumen, with hybrid work in Boston-based facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering corporate real estate, workplace, facilities, construction, or related projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with MS Project, Smartsheet, Planview is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex corporate real estate projects, including renovations, relocations, and space optimization.
• Develop and maintain project charters, integrated plans, budgets, risk registers, and governance routines.
• Define scope, milestones, dependencies, success measures, and drive multi-workstream execution.
• Provide leadership to a Project Coordinator and ensure timely, executive-ready outputs.
