Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience supporting office, facility, or workplace operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguous, routine or moderately complex challenges with minimal direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High ownership with low ego and a compliance mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to US offices.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help manage the day-to-day Workplace operations of our campus office spaces, coordinating with core support teams, production, R&D, security, logistics, and IT.
• Resolve office-related challenges by implementing solutions aligned with objectives and budget.
• Execute workplace projects such as office moves and furniture deployments/builds with budget and SLA alignment.
• Enhance vendor relationships, manage contracts, and evaluate performance.
• Support onboarding events and external business events to strengthen culture.
• Manage office supply and equipment programs and approve purchasing decisions.
• Communicate workplace updates and improvements clearly to employees and the Workplace team.
