Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day general office operations across teams in the southern California region.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address office concerns and implement solutions.
• Own seating arrangements, space utilization, and onboarding logistics for new hires.
• Manage all office maintenance, preventative maintenance schedules, and swift issue resolution.
• Manage vendor relationships for office-related services (e.g., cleaning, maintenance).
• Plan, manage, and deliver workplace-related projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate internal and external events for staff and clients.
• Monitor office supplies and equipment; maintain stock levels.
• Develop and deliver clear workplace communications to employees about updates and changes.
