Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day general office operations, including coordinating logistics and support across teams in the southern California region.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address office-related concerns and implement solutions that foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Own seating arrangements, space utilization, and onboarding logistics for new hires, ensuring alignment with current and future headcount needs.
• Manage all office maintenance and repair requests, preventative maintenance schedules, and ensuring issues are resolved swiftly.
• Manage all vendor relationships for all office-related services (e.g., cleaning services, and maintenance support).
• Plan, manage, and deliver workplace-related projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate internal team events and external client events, ensuring seamless execution and engagement.
• Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, maintaining optimal stock levels to meet operational needs.
• Develop and deliver clear communication to employees about workplace updates, changes, and improvements, ensuring transparency and alignment.
