Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Workplace Manager to join our Southern California Workplace Operations team. You will oversee diverse sites—from corporate offices to R&D labs and production spaces—ensuring safe, high-functioning environments that inspire excellence.

You will design scalable SOPs, forecast space needs with cross-functional partners, manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, data-driven setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of multi-site facilities/workplace management experience.
• Strong analytical and financial approach to OPEX/CAPEX budgets.
• Proficiency with Slack and real-time collaboration tools.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and scaling workplace teams.
• Vendor management with SLAs and performance metrics.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners at all levels.
• Navigate ambiguity and drive action with humility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily multi-site operations across Southern California.
• Develop and scale SOPs to accommodate campus growth.
• Partner with EHS, Manufacturing, IT, and HR to forecast space needs.
• Track budgets and space utilization using data-driven analysis.
• Lead facility projects and coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Communicate clearly via Slack for incident response and alignment.
• Coach and develop a high-performing workplace team.
