Qualifications

• 7+ years of multi-site operational experience in facilities, workplace, or campus management across a distributed footprint.
• Analytical & financial rigor with ability to manage complex OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
• Tech fluency with real-time collaboration platforms (Slack).
• Experience hiring, coaching, and scaling workplace teams with high standards.
• Sourcing, negotiating, and managing external vendors and contractors with strict SLAs.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily operations across the Southern California footprint including corporate offices, R&D labs, and production facilities.
• Design, implement, and refine scalable SOPs and workplace playbooks to support rapid campus growth.
• Collaborate with EHS, Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, and HR to forecast space needs and improve operational velocity.
• Utilize data to forecast expenditures, track budgets, and optimize space utilization across diverse facilities.
• Plan and execute facility upgrades with internal teams and external contractors.
• Lead clear operational communication across teams using platforms like Slack.
• Coach and mentor a high-performing workplace team with a customer-first service mindset.
