Compass in Los Angeles is seeking a Workplace Operations & Facilities Lead to oversee all office environments, manage budgets, vendor relationships and cross-functional support for agents and staff. The position is 100% onsite with travel up to 25–30% and requires lifting up to 25 lbs.

As the Workplace Operations & Facilities Lead, you will be a critical backbone for our office environments, ensuring operational excellence and high-level support for our local teams and agents. You will oversee complex facilities issues, manage vendor relationships, and streamline the internal resources that allow our employees and customers to thrive. You are a process-oriented leader who excels at managing budgets, logistics, and property management communications to maintain a world-class workspace.
The base pay range for this position is $65,000 - $81,300 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
