Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide EAP counseling, management consultations, program promotion, critical incident response, and training at the Renton, WA client site in a hybrid setup with Seattle colleagues.

You will work with HR, program managers, and supervisors on workplace and organizational issues, reporting to the Clinical Manager. Independent WA licensure is required and experience with diverse populations is preferred.

Qualifications

• EAP experience required.
• Independent licensure to practice psychotherapy in WA.
• Experience with management consultation and training is preferred.
• Experience with diverse populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to managers, people teams, and members at customer locations in Renton, WA (hybrid).
• Provide management consultation to leaders to enhance wellbeing and workplace effectiveness.
• Conduct assessments to determine service agreements and recovery plans for referred employees.
• Monitor engagement in mandatory Drug Free Workplace referrals.
• Deliver critical incident response services and trainings.
• Develop understanding of customer benefit ecosystem and available support programs.
• Document all services in accordance with risk management policies.
