Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Workplace Mental Health Consultant to provide EAP counseling and management consultations at client sites, including Renton, WA, with a hybrid schedule (4 days on-site, 1 day remote). The role emphasizes risk assessment, crisis support, and program promotion within a collaborative clinical team.

You will work with leaders, HR, and care navigators to connect employees to appropriate resources, deliver trainings, and ensure documentation aligns with risk and regulatory

Qualifications

• Must hold WA independent licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT or Psychologist).
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in WA.
• Experience providing EAP services (brief, solution-focused).
• Demonstrated experience with substance use disorder (SUD).
• Strong documentation and risk assessment skills.
• Experience with management consultation and HR collaboration (preferred).
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote EAP counseling and management consultations.
• Assess risk and determine appropriate care and support plans.
• Deliver safety planning and crisis support as needed.
• Promote Spring Health benefits and deliver trainings.
• Collaborate with HR, leaders, and care navigators.
• Maintain accurate documentation meeting risk and regulatory requirements.
