Job summary

Spring Health, a global mental health leader, seeks a Workplace Mental Health Consultant who will provide individual therapy to employees onsite and virtually, while delivering management consultation, training, and critical incident response. You’ll partner with HR and leadership across multiple sites, promote benefits, and ensure compliant, high-quality care with confidentiality and documentation.

A licensed clinician with telehealth proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience with at least 1 year as an independently licensed clinician.
• Experience delivering management consultation, critical incident response, and training presentations.
• Telehealth competency and comfort with technology.
• Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Virginia, Maryland, and DC.
• Experience with substance abuse; SAP or SAE certification preferred but not required.
• Experience supporting customers with state/federal regulations (DOT/FERC experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to employees onsite and virtually.
• Deliver management consultation and critical incident response.
• Develop relationships with leaders and HR across locations and implement local action plans.
• Conduct trainings and promote Spring Health benefits.
• Coordinate referrals to treatment providers and ensure paperwork is in place.
