This full-time role requires handling sensitive information with discretion and upholding high ethical standards. The position collaborates with HR and legal teams to ensure fair outcomes, compliance with laws, and a respectful workplace across Viability programs in multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience conducting internal workplace investigations or employee relations.
• Familiarity with Title VII, ADA and employment laws.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise impartiality.
• Strong interviewing and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and triage workplace complaints.
• Plan and conduct thorough investigations.
• Identify witnesses and gather evidence.
• Interview witnesses and evaluate information.
