Viability seeks a Workplace Resolution Specialist to receive, investigate, and resolve workplace complaints with neutrality and discretion. The role owns the process from intake to resolution, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and policy violations, while upholding confidentiality and integrity.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in HR-related field with at least four years of investigative experience, strong interviewing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Employment Law, Organizational Behavior, or related field.
• Minimum of four years conducting internal workplace investigations or related roles.
• Working knowledge of Title VII, the ADA, and other applicable laws.
• High integrity, confidentiality, impartiality under pressure.
• Excellent interviewing, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate conflicting information.
• Strong written communication for investigation reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary intake point for workplace complaints and Code of Conduct concerns.
• Document, acknowledge, assess, and triage workplace complaints promptly.
• Plan and conduct thorough, timely, and impartial investigations.
• Identify witnesses, gather evidence, conduct interviews, and evaluate information.
• Apply preponderance of the evidence to reach defensible findings.
• Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the process.
