• Experience investigating harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and workplace conduct matters.
• Exceptional interviewing, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal judgment and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Flexibility to pivot quickly as investigations and business needs evolve.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage workplace investigations from intake through findings and final reporting.
• Conduct witness interviews, gather and assess evidence, and jump into active investigations as needed.
• Partner closely with senior investigators, Employment Counsel, and Employee Relations.
• Adapt investigative strategies as new information and case dynamics emerge.
• Draft clear, concise, and legally defensible investigation reports.
• Build rapport and encourage transparency during sensitive or high-pressure interviews.

Experience: 7+ Years

Location Type: Remote (United States)

Duration: 6 Months (September 2026 – March 2027)

Pay: $55–$70/hour

Our client is seeking a Workplace Investigator to support internal employment-related investigations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and Code of Conduct concerns. The ideal candidate brings strong investigative judgment, exceptional writing and interviewing skills, and the ability to approach sensitive matters with empathy while maintaining objectivity.

What You’ll Do
