The Workplace Resolution Specialist is Viability’s dedicated resource for receiving, investigating, and resolving workplace complaints, including allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, hostile work environment, and violations of Viability policies, procedures, or applicable employment laws.This is a high-trust position with significant responsibility and independence. The Specialist owns the complaint process from intake through resolution and is expected to bring impeccable ethics, sound judgment, discretion, and unwavering impartiality to every case.Because this position is regularly entrusted with highly sensitive and confidential information, the successful candidate must demonstrate the highest standards of personal integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion. The Specialist must be comfortable navigating complex, emotionally charged, and high-stakes situations while ensuring that all parties are treated fairly, respectfully, and consistently.
