Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Workplace Experience Specialist to manage hospitality, branding, and guest engagement across the Headquarters and satellite campuses. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, brand consistency, and high property presentation while partnering with facilities on improvements.

This role requires 1–2 years in hospitality, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a readiness to travel up to 50% to visit all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, communications, marketing, business administration or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong abilities in customer service and relationship building.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel - this position will be required to visit all TQL locations regularly and will be required to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Thrive with tight timelines and limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the overall presentation of the TQL headquarters and Satellite offices including company branding and signage placement, hospitality, cleanliness and other building and property visuals.
• Partner with the facilities team by reporting any need for building improvements, updates or projects.
• Visit all TQL Satellite offices to ensure quality visitor experience and brand management.
• Manage the lighting vendor by coordinating outdoor displays, messages, exhibitions, or other seasonal showings.
• Maintain the calendar for all display changes.
• Frequently check in with office leaders and managers for any experience or branding needs.
• Act as a mentor to all employees operating the front desk of the TQL headquarters.
• Assist the marketing team with as needed including support at special events, employee engagement, promotions or other tasks.
• Act as a backup to the front desk as needed.

As a Workplace Experience Specialist on TQL’s Marketing team, you will manage the hospitality, branding and visitor engagement of TQL Headquarters and all Satellite office campuses. You will ensure that employees and guests feel welcome and have a positive impression of TQL culture and property presentation.

What you need:
