Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services US is seeking a Space & Workplace Experience Planner to optimize our national facilities portfolio. You will collaborate with HR, IT, Security, Real Estate and Facilities to translate business needs into scalable space and workplace strategies across multiple sites.

The role focuses on space utilization, master plans, capacity planning, and overseeing small to mid-sized projects, including relocations and renovations, with dashboards and executive updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities planning or related project management.
• Experience with IWMS and space planning tools.
• Experience supporting hybrid workplace models across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct space utilization studies and recommend layout and occupancy improvements to optimize workspace efficiency and support hybrid work strategies.
• Develop, maintain, and update master space plans for existing and planned locations across the portfolio.
• Support long-term strategic planning through scenario modeling for headcount growth, capacity needs, and workplace design options.
• Analyze capacity and utilization data to inform real estate strategies, space optimization, and expansion decisions.
• Coordinate and manage small to mid-sized facility projects, including reconfigurations, renovations, and office relocations, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
• Track project milestones, vendor performance, and costs; maintain dashboards and prepare executive-level updates as required.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Security, Real Estate, and Facilities to ensure seamless project execution and business continuity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs and organizational priorities.
