  • Demonstrated leadership in team management and training.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise event planning initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for internal teams.
  • Handle HR functions such as team management, training and development, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to clients and operations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and spreadsheets for reporting, data analysis, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and industry standards across activities.
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills in customer service and office procedures.
  • Serve as liaison between our Insurance broker and employees.

The Workplace Experience Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the employee experience. This position requires a highly organized, communicative, and detail-oriented professional who can coordinate multiple projects, manage vendor relationships, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, financial, and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth operations across various departments. This role also must have a background as a Benefits Administrator.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise event planning initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion
  • Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for internal teams
  • Handle human resources functions such as team management, training & development, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to clients and company operations
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and spreadsheets for reporting, data analysis, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in all activities
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills in customer service, technical proficiency, and office procedures
  • Serve as a Liason between our Insurance broker and employee
  • Being a knowledgable resource for our employees to deliver on the spot answers, understanding the sense of urgency to do so

  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
  • Demonstrated leadership in team management with a focus on training & development
  • Strong customer service orientation with effective client communication skills
  • Knowledge of human resources practices including hiring processes and employee relations
  • Experience in medical office management or similar environments is a plus but not required
  • Expereince in a Benefits Administrator role is required.
