Job summary

RSM is seeking a Workplace Experience Support Manager to lead ESS operations for multiple locations, ensuring safe, welcoming, and efficient office environments. You will manage facilities, hospitality, reception, and office services, guiding a team of location services staff and partnering with ESS leadership to drive process improvements and cost savings while upholding firm policies.

You will work with office leadership to implement best practices and maintain high standards of service,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related experience.
• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate workplace experience support across assigned locations.
• Oversee facilities, hospitality and office operations to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
• Maintain building appearance, safety, and equipment upkeep.
• Plan and coordinate events and meetings with internal and external attendees.
• Deliver daily office operations including visitor management, reception and services.
• Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities with leadership.
• Provide mentorship and development for location services staff.
