Job summary

Samba is seeking a highly organized Workplace Experience Coordinator based in New York to run daily office operations for NY and support US locations, including Chicago. This full-time, in-office role emphasizes guest experiences, vendor relations, and event coordination.

You will manage facilities, coordinate with IT and HR, and help uphold safety standards while supporting global workplace initiatives and a strong culture of collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years office operations experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and self-starting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NY and Chicago offices in collaboration with the SF manager.
• Serve as go-to contact for office operations, building management, and safety compliance.
• Submit and track tickets for repairs, moves, and space improvements.
• Coordinate internal moves, desk resets, and setup tasks.
• Provide basic IT support for conference room tech and devices.
• Manage mail, packages, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor visitor calendar and ensure smooth arrivals and host handoffs.
• Support onboarding/offboarding logistics and new joiner setup.
• Coordinate events and All Hands meetings with People Team.
