Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of office operations experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and vendors.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack.
• Comfort with light tech troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NY and Chicago offices with the SF manager.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations and facilities.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement.
• Support onboarding, events, and employee experience initiatives.
• Coordinate IT support for basic equipment and conferences.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and incident reporting.
