Job summary

Qualifications

High School or GED required.
A minimum of five (5) years of progressive customer service experience within real estate, travel or hospitality industries required.

Responsibilities

Receives requests and complaints and relays them to facilities, design strategy, travel, janitorial and other services.
Reserves facilities and works with event contacts to assess needs and provide high quality services.
Coordinates with internal and external teams and vendors to execute campus events.
Inspects facilities for event readiness and daily issues, identifying improvements.
Monitors service work orders and escalates unmet needs as required.
Recommends facility and process improvements based on guest and associate feedback.
