Elevance Health is hiring a Workplace Experience Coordinator to proactively maintain a pleasant, responsive workplace environment at an assigned site/zone in Atlanta. You will handle requests from guests and associates, coordinate facilities, and ensure quality service for campus events.

The role emphasizes in-person collaboration, strong communication, and problem-solving to deliver exceptional workplace experiences. Onsite work with standard hours and potential flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; minimum of five (5) years of progressive customer service experience within real estate, travel or hospitality industries.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other tools.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills preferred.
• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Receives requests and complaints taking related actions and relaying requests to other corporate services such as Facilities Management, Design Strategy, Travel Services, Janitorial Services, Food Services, Security, Audio Visual Services, Mail and Delivery Services, Corporate Communications, and any additional external vendors.
• Reserves facilities and works with event and meeting contacts and planners to assess facility needs and provide the highest quality of services.
• Coordinates with internal and external teams and vendors as needed to execute successful campus events.
• Inspects facilities for event readiness as well as daily issues identifying needed improvements.
• Monitors service work order completion and follows escalation process for unmet needs.
• Recommends facility and process improvements to better address observed customer needs and address satisfaction surveys of the guests and associates.

Workplace Experience Coordinator

Onsite: This role requires associates to work from the posted locations full-time, enabling consistent face-to-face collaboration, teamwork, and direct engagement. This policy promotes an environment built on in-person interaction, communication, and immediate support. The ideal candidate will reside within a commutable distance from our Atlanta, GA PulsePoint.

Hours: Monday-Friday; 7a-4p with some flexibility needed

Minimum Requirements:

High School or GED required. A minimum of five (5) years of progressive customer service experience within real estate, travel or hospitality industries required.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Advanced study preferred.
• Prior experience interacting and servicing with executive and/or VIPs is highly preferred.
• Previous experience planning meetings and events preferred.
• Prior experience reviewing customer satisfaction and survey data is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other tools.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills preferred.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
