Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a detail‑oriented Workplace Experience Coordinator in Atlanta to maintain a welcoming, efficient workplace and support guests and associates daily. You will manage requests, coordinate with multiple service teams, and ensure events run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes in-person engagement, collaboration, and proactive problem solving, with standard hours Monday–Friday and some flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five years of progressive customer service experience within real estate, travel or hospitality industries.

Responsibilities

• Receives requests and complaints and relays to Facilities Management, Design Strategy, Travel Services, Janitorial, Food Services, Security, Audio Visual, Mail and Delivery, Corporate Communications, and external vendors.
• Reserves facilities and coordinates with event contacts to assess facility needs and provide high-quality services.
• Coordinates with internal and external teams and vendors to execute campus events successfully.
• Inspects facilities for event readiness and daily issues, identifying needed improvements.
• Monitors service work orders and escalates unmet needs per process.
• Recommends facility and process improvements based on observed customer needs and survey feedback.
