Elevance Health is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to maintain a pleasant and responsive workplace for a Mason, OH site. The role focuses on proactive service, collaboration, and delivering high-quality facilities support for guests and associates.

Ideal candidates possess five years of customer service in real estate or hospitality, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. The position requires onsite work and a commitment to exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

High School or GED required.
A minimum of five (5) years of progressive customer service experience within real estate, travel or hospitality industries required.

Responsabilités

Receives requests and complaints and relays to facilities, travel, security, and other services.
Reserves facilities and coordinates with event contacts to assess needs and provide quality service.
Coordinates with internal and external teams and vendors to execute campus events.
Inspects facilities for event readiness and daily issues, identifying improvements.
Monitors service work order completion and escalates unmet needs.
Recommends facility and process improvements based on customer feedback and surveys.
