Job summary

JLL is looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator in Bellevue, WA who will be responsible for creating exceptional workplace experiences for clients. This role includes managing inquiries, maintaining security protocols, and supporting event coordination while delivering high-touch service. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in hospitality or facility management and a passion for customer service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in hospitality or facility management.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
• Build relationships with client employees through engagement.
• Manage employee ID card lifecycle and security protocols.
• Schedule preventive maintenance visits and liaise with technicians.
