US FUSION & Specialty Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful execution of our most complex industrial projects. You will oversee safety, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction across the full lifecycle.

You are an experienced professional with a track record of managing large-scale construction, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in heavy industrial or related markets.
• Experience managing complex projects and multiple project teams.
• Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Valid Driver’s License; OSHA 30 Hour Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership across all project phases and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Lead multiple projects from award through closeout, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Maintain project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and change management.
• Develop strong client, subcontractor, and vendor relationships to support business goals.
• Mentor and develop project management personnel and promote standard processes.
• Review contract terms, ensure compliance, and manage change orders and risk.
