Join Us, and Ship Robots

Weave was founded to build the robots we’d want to have in our own home. We believe the next generation of robotics will transform everyday life by enabling people to do more and to reclaim time to spend on what’s important.

We also believe robots are in a sense like any other product: to matter, they have to ship. Our robots are already operating in real homes and businesses, giving us the opportunity to rapidly improve from real-world experience. With a growing team, strong customer demand, and capital for expansion, we’re entering an exciting stage of growth—and we’re looking for people with exceptional talent and standards to help bring home robotics to millions of households.

The Role

We’re looking for someone to create the environment where one of the world’s most ambitious robotics teams does its best work. As Weave’s Workplace Coordinator, you’ll own the day-to-day operations of our office, helping engineers stay focused, new employees feel welcome, and every team have what they need to build extraordinary products. If you care deeply about Weave’s mission to build helpful, delightful robots and intuitively know how to remove friction before anyone notices it, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily workplace operations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for colleagues for deliveries, security, janitorial, catering, and pantry needs.
  • Assemble furniture and set up or break down conference rooms and event spaces for meetings and internal events.
  • Support office moves, additions, and changes, including relocating desks, chairs, equipment, and supplies.
  • Assist with scheduling repairs, maintenance, service requests, and general property management to ensure timely resolution for facilities needs.
  • Assist with vendor management to ensure the office is well-supplied and operates efficiently.
  • Collaborate on office events and initiatives, such as happy hours and seasonal gatherings, to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Partner with and support multiple teams’ needs, including HR, Finance, IT, and leadership team.
  • Perform ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
What You'll Bring
  • Workplace operations experience: 3+ years supporting office operations, workplace experience, facilities, hospitality, or administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organization: Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing requests and keep multiple projects moving simultaneously.
  • Operational excellence: Comfortable developing and improving processes, maintaining documentation, and ensuring day-to-day operations are efficient and reliable. Any problem that meaningfully impedes the team, you'll jump to fix.
  • Infectious kindness and professionalism: Friendly, professional, and approachable, with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for creating a positive workplace experience.
  • Ownership mindset: Proactive and resourceful, with a bias toward identifying problems early and driving them to resolution without needing close direction.
  • Vendor management: Experience coordinating vendors, service providers, building management, or facilities partners to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Technical fluency: Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, spreadsheets, ticketing systems, and modern workplace software. Able to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting high-growth startups or rapidly scaling organizations.
  • Experience with EHS and OSHA compliance.
