We also believe robots are in a sense like any other product: to matter, they have to ship. Our robots are already operating in real homes and businesses, giving us the opportunity to rapidly improve from real-world experience. With a growing team, strong customer demand, and capital for expansion, we’re entering an exciting stage of growth—and we’re looking for people with exceptional talent and standards to help bring home robotics to millions of households.
Isaac learns from people. Every task it masters tomorrow starts with an operator today. As Fleet Lead, you'll run the team that makes this happen, owning the day-to-day operation of Weave's robot fleet and leading the operators who keep the fleet running safely, reliably and efficiently.
This is a metrics-driven and hands-on leadership role. Fleet operations is a numbers game: quality, throughput, uptime, and coverage all compound, and small operational improvements add up fast. We're looking for someone who can identify the metrics that actually matter, instrument the team around them, and manage actively against them, while caring deeply about the people doing the work.
