Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of full-time secular workplace experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in biblical studies or related ministry field.
• Strong Christian faith and servant leadership.
• Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, office, and workplace environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, internet platforms, and mobile communication tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential employee care and spiritual support on-site.
• Offer crisis response and pastoral care within assigned businesses.
• Build trust through relational ministry with employees and leaders.
• Maintain timely communication with CCA leadership and workplace contacts.
• Comply with the CCA Team Member Handbook and training materials.
• Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, humility, and servant leadership in all interactions.
