Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biblical studies or related ministry field from an accredited college or university.
• Master of Divinity (MDiv) or advanced ministry degree preferred.
• Strong Christian faith and commitment to servant leadership.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential employee care, spiritual support, pastoral care, and crisis response within assigned businesses.
• Offer prayer, encouragement, and compassionate presence to employees and families.
• Respond to crises, hospitalizations, grief situations, and family emergencies.
• Build trust with employees, leadership, and organizational leadership.
• Maintain professionalism and timeliness in communications and follow-ups.
