Corporate Chaplains of America is seeking a part-time Workplace Chaplain to provide confidential employee care, spiritual support, pastoral care, and crisis response within assigned businesses.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, relational ministry, and care for employees and their families in industrial and office settings, with regular onsite presence and strong communication with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biblical studies or related ministry field from an accredited college or university
• Demonstrated strong Christian faith and commitment to servant leadership
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, internet platforms, and mobile communication tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential employee care, spiritual support, pastoral care, and crisis response services within assigned businesses and organizations
• Offer prayer, encouragement, practical care, and compassionate presence when welcomed
• Respond to crises, hospitalizations, grief situations, and family emergencies
• Build and maintain trust with employees, company leadership, and CCA leadership
• Follow the Team Member Handbook and organizational training materials
• Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and servant leadership in all interactions
• Maintain timely communication and follow-up with employees and workplace contacts
• Travel locally to visit various workplace environments regularly
