Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biblical studies or related ministry field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of full-time secular workplace experience (church-only experience not sufficient).
• Strong Christian faith and commitment to servant leadership.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, email and mobile tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential employee care and spiritual support within assigned businesses.
• Offer pastoral care, crisis response, and ongoing workplace presence.
• Build relationships with employees, leaders and CCA leadership.
• Respond to crises, hospitalizations, grief, and family emergencies.
• Maintain professional standards and timely follow-up with workplace contacts.
