Job summary

Corporate Chaplains of America seeks a mission-driven Workplace Chaplain to provide confidential employee care, spiritual support, pastoral care and crisis response services within assigned businesses. This part-time role (5 hours per week) suits someone with a servant-leadership mindset who will serve employees of diverse backgrounds through caring relationships, prayer, and ongoing workplace presence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in biblical studies or related ministry field from an accredited college or university.
Strong Christian faith and commitment to servant leadership.
Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, email and mobile communication tools.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Provide confidential emotional and spiritual support to employees and their family members.
Offer prayer, encouragement, practical care, and compassionate presence when welcomed.
Respond to crises, hospitalizations, grief situations, and family emergencies.
Build and maintain trust with employees, company leadership, and CCA leadership.
Maintain timely follow-up with employees and workplace contacts.
