Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience: 5+ years in banking or financial services required.
• Experience: 5+ years in sales with engagement with C-Suite or senior leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans to market Fulton Bank Workplace Banking program to groups or the community.
• Engage clients to understand goals and determine program elements including in-person and remote delivery.
• Build knowledge and network of employers within a region; use referrals and community organizations to identify opportunities.
• Determine which Fulton Bank products meet needs; develop a comprehensive solution package with timing.
• Engage stakeholders to deliver customized programs for each commercial customer and their employees.
• Deliver programs on-site or remotely; coordinate Financial Wellness workshops and presentations.
• Negotiate terms, ensure integration with internal departments, and monitor product performance.
