You will act as the primary contact for small business needs and provide tailored financial solutions, focused on delivering an exceptional one-stop banking experience. This full-time role requires 3+ years of sales and customer service experience, banking experience, and a High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or related experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years customer service experience.
• Minimum 2 years banking experience (Small Business preferred).
• Notary Public certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small business customers as primary contact for banking needs.
• Drive proactive sales conversations and cross-sell to deepen relationships.
• Promote banking solutions via CRM and digital tools to enhance service.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and Fulton policies.
• Adapt tasks across sales, service, and transactions while delivering satisfaction.
• Provide transactional support when needed.
