Clearsulting is seeking a Senior Consulting Manager for Workiva Wdata (Digital Reporting & Compliance). The role is based in or around Dallas, with hybrid or remote options and up to 20-40% travel.

The candidate will guide and mentor teams through SDLC-based implementation projects, translate business requirements into technical designs, and develop executive-level communications. Strong Excel, SQL, and Python skills are essential for success in this high-impact consulting role.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of system integration, SQL, and/or Python experience.
• 6-8+ years of finance management consulting with a focus on finance transformation or reporting.
• Experience with SDLC principles, requirements gathering, design and testing cycles.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of consultants to help finance executives solve complex problems from strategy to execution.
• Lead design sessions, oversee technical design and build during implementation.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs based on leading-practice principles.
• Develop and review executive-level presentations communicating complex issues and recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and manage multiple projects with milestones and risk management.
