Job summary

Clearsulting is seeking a Senior Consulting Manager for Workiva Wdata (Digital Reporting & Compliance) in a hybrid/remote setup that permits travel. The role emphasizes leading multi-disciplinary teams, delivering finance transformation projects, and mentoring junior consultants.

You will drive system design, manage client engagements, and ensure successful delivery of complex finance-focused solutions across client environments.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of system integration, SQL, and/or Python experience.
• 6-8+ years of finance management consulting or financial reporting experience.
• Expert in building complex Excel formulas and data models.
• Strong client-facing delivery and communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance executives to solve complex problems from strategy to execution.
• Lead SDLC activities including requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs based on best practices.
• Create executive presentations to communicate issues and recommendations.
• Guide teams through design sessions and oversee implementation.
• Conduct client training on Workiva platform features.
