Grant Thornton is seeking a Workforce Transformation Senior Associate to help clients drive workforce change through governance, program leadership, and process optimization across HR, payroll, and organizational initiatives.

You will partner across service lines to advise stakeholders, support business development, and shape the future of Workforce Transformation at Grant Thornton, aligning people, processes, and technology for sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of related work experience in consulting preferred.
• Change or program management certifications preferred (Prosci, CCMP, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, CPP).
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply GT methodologies across workforce transformation engagements including HR, payroll, and operations.
• Develop scalable change management approaches and assess readiness and capability needs.
• Understand client workforce operations, governance, and business drivers; adapt delivery to client culture.
• Design and execute integrated communication strategies for stakeholders.
• Prepare concise presentations; lead meetings, workshops, and working sessions.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify risks and insights for leadership.
