Job summary

val's services seeks a senior leader to drive Workforce Transformation within Human Capital Advisory, focusing on Organization Design & Effectiveness, Target Operating Models, Talent Development, Performance Management, and Diversity & Inclusion.

You will identify new clients, manage relationships, and deliver services across industries, leading cross-functional teams and guiding project deliverables and finances.

Qualifications

• Twelve years of relevant experience in organizational development or talent development.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading business transformation projects and managing client portfolios.
• Ability to work independently, lead teams, and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workforce Transformation initiatives within Human Capital Advisory.
• Identify new clients and manage relationships; deliver services across industries.
• Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate stakeholder engagement; manage project deliverables and finances.
• Develop thought leadership, tools and training materials; contribute to methodology development.
• Support business development through opportunity identification and proposal support.
