Job summary

RoShay Services seeks a Director, HR Transformation to lead workforce transformation initiatives within Human Capital Advisory. You will drive Organization Design, operating models, talent development, and employee experience for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of twelve years' relevant experience in organizational design, talent development, workforce management, or related fields, preferably with advisory experience in a consulting environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in I/O Psychology or Organizational Development preferred.
• Proven experience leading business transformation initiatives, managing client portfolios, and applying project management best practices.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.

Role Overview: This position is for a Director, HR Transformation within Human Capital Advisory, focusing on Workforce Transformation services across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Identify new clients, manage existing relationships, and deliver services in areas such as Organization Design & Effectiveness, Target Operating Model, Talent Development, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Employee Experience.
• Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure excellent client service, stakeholder management, facilitate meetings, develop deliverables, and oversee project and financial aspects.
• Thought Leadership: Develop and promote internal and external tools, resources, articles, whitepapers, and methodology guides related to workforce transformation.
• Business Development: Support efforts to identify opportunities, contribute to proposals, and expand client engagement.
