Job summary

RoShay Services seeks a Director, HR Transformation to lead workforce transformation initiatives within Human Capital Advisory. You will drive Organization Design, operating models, talent development, and employee experience for diverse clients.

The role requires extensive advisory leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record in transforming client organizations. Travel may be involved; comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of twelve years' relevant experience in organizational design, talent development, workforce management, or related fields, preferably with advisory experience in a consulting environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in I/O Psychology or Organizational Development preferred.
• Proven experience leading business transformation initiatives, managing client portfolios, and applying project management best practices.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: identify new clients, manage existing relationships, and deliver services in Organization Design & Effectiveness, TO Model, Talent Development, and more.
• Project Leadership: lead cross-functional teams, ensure client service, stakeholder management, and manage project finances.
• Thought Leadership: develop internal/external tools, resources, articles, whitepapers, and methodology guides.
• Business Development: support opportunities, contribute to proposals, and expand client engagement.
