Job summary

LS Solutions is seeking a senior leader to drive Workforce Transformation within Human Capital Advisory, focusing on Organization Design, Target Operating Models, Skills Development, Performance Management, and related areas.

The role requires extensive experience in leading business transformation initiatives, managing client portfolios, and engaging stakeholders across industries, with a strong foundation in human capital practices and project management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of twelve years' relevant experience in organizational design, effectiveness, talent development, or related areas; consulting experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in I/O Psychology or Organizational Development preferred.
• Proven experience leading business transformation initiatives, managing client portfolios, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong understanding of human capital practices, project management, and business processes.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Identify new clients, manage existing relationships, and deliver transformation services across multiple industries.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure excellent client service, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and project management.
• Develop thought leadership, tools, training, and methodologies to advance workforce transformation efforts.
• Contribute to business development, including opportunity identification and proposal support.
