Job summary

• Bachelor's degree required and relevant experience in HR, workforce analytics, strategy, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills to translate inputs into clear takeaways.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to create executive-ready materials.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; comfort with rapid delivery under time constraints.
• Experience in project management and coordinating multiple deliverables in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Play intake and scoping with inputs and stakeholder-ready materials.
• Organize task inventories and capture time-on-task estimates consistently.
• Draft agendas, capture decisions, and update materials through iterative cycles.
• Document task analyses and clarify human/hybrid roles for business and tech partners.
• Map cross-functional workflows and document handoffs and dependencies.
• Prepare manager-ready materials and FAQs to aid change communication.
• Maintain project hygiene with risks/issues and stakeholder lists.
