Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. is seeking an Associate, Workforce Strategy to support senior leaders on workforce and organizational priorities.

You will apply problemsolving, research, and analytical techniques to evaluate opportunities and develop executive recommendations across enterprise initiatives. You will partner with leaders to shape future workforce strategies, synthesize data from multiple sources, and deliver strategic communications for leadership audiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy or a strategic advisory function.
• Experience leading complex analytical workstreams and developing recommendations for executives.
• Ability to structure and solve ambiguous business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Proven track record in developing executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience managing multiple strategy engagements concurrently.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Perform strategic analyses addressing workforce and organizational priorities identified by senior leaders.
• Frame complex challenges and develop structured approaches to evaluate solutions.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate insights for decision-making.
• Develop recommendations on workforce strategy, operating models, and talent topics.
• Synthesize information into clear executive-level recommendations.
• Conduct benchmarking and research on emerging trends and best practices.
• Facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders to gather perspectives and build alignment.
• Prepare executive presentations, materials, and strategic communications for leadership.
• Assess opportunities, risks, and tradeoffs across the organization.
• Collaborate across functions to reflect enterprise-wide priorities in recommendations.
• Coach and develop junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment.
