Job summary

Career Team is seeking a Training Coordinator to deliver customer-centered workforce development services and educate program participants. This role reports to the Project Director and involves coordinating with training providers to expand education opportunities in Snohomish County; onsite at the Everett location.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel, plus the ability to learn specialized databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Strong communication and knowledge of community resources.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; able to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; ability to learn specialized databases/software.
• Ability to work in diverse settings with a culturally sensitive approach.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills; able to motivate participants.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison with training providers to develop and nurture partnerships.
• Educate participants on the benefits of training and upskilling.
• Ensure up-to-date information about training providers is available to participants and staff.
• Maintain vendor information and performance data for staff and participants.
• Facilitate group and individual assessment and training information sessions.
• Assist with training account documentation and ensure compliance.
• Provide timely reports on training pipelines and programs.
• Support Career Advisors to achieve optimal outcomes.
