Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a senior program advisor to plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate strategic initiatives that improve operations and service delivery across functions. You will lead cross‑functional workstreams, manage multi‑phase projects, and deliver executive summaries and analytics to support decision‑making.

You will partner with ministry leaders to optimize staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and performance metrics using UKG Pro WFM, BI tools, and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as a minimum requirement in business, healthcare, information technology, or related field.
• Six to seven years of work experience in workforce management, business operations, healthcare operations, technology/product solutions, or complex project management.
• Experience with business intelligence reporting tools or dashboards (Power BI and Tableau).
• Strong proficiency with MS Office 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio and MS-Project.
• Willingness and ability to travel 10–20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develops, manages and improves medium-to-large transformation initiatives integrating workforce management and technology with enterprise programs.
• Provides leadership and coaching to analysts and cross-functional teams.
• Manages day-to-day operations and enhancements of UKG Pro WFM and related systems; ensures integrity and timely reporting.
• Builds staffing models, budgets and forecasts in collaboration with leadership.
• Leads complex projects with planning, risk management and stakeholder communication.
