Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or IT field required.
• 5+ years in workforce management, project management or analytics.
• Experience with BI reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Windows, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to collect, analyze, and report data; strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead meetings, manage budgets, and oversee staffing needs.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and project governance.
• Ability to mentor others and coach on new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative support to leadership for strategy implementation and operational services.
• Lead and oversee small to medium projects and initiatives with timely delivery.
• Develop processes, policies, and tools; train staff on new systems.
• Manage data, dashboards, and analytics to support decision making.
• Coordinate workforce management and staffing optimization.
• Collaborate with multiple organizational levels to align business needs.
