Qualifications

• Experience with BI reporting tools or dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative support to leadership for strategy implementation and program development.
• Lead and oversee workstreams; manage processes, policies and procedures.
• Develop training and coaching on new systems and workforce management.
• Analyze data, prepare executive-ready summaries and reports.
